Network Transparency
Device profiles started out as a way to add personality to what’s otherwise a list of confusing device names.
These orbs act as a visual marker for what’s connected to your network, whether it’s online or offline, and if there’s parental controls currently in effect.
Each orb’s profile has a history of it’s bandwidth usage, advanced device information, and parental control schedules that apply to it.
A Home Screen for What Matters
Transparent billing is a must for establishing trust. Nobody likes hidden fees or confusing charges. Each customer’s home page provides a monthly breakdown of what’s in the bill and when they’ve paid.
Streamlining the password sharing experience was another pain point we wanted to address. Scan and connect through the QR code or quick share through any messaging app.
